I really hope that the Pixel 12’s will be supported again by GrapheneOS or a cheaper option will be made by Motorola. Otherwise I will have to keep my Pixel 10 with Graphene alive forever (?).
I do not expect there to be a real second-hand market for this Device to get your hand on one for cheap.
There is still hope for the 11 series. It all comes down whether MTE support will be confirmed or not. I expect we will have an answer in a couple months.
Check out LineageOS as well, the phone compatibility is way bigger (you may not have the security hardening of GrapheneOS but you will also have a much longer support).

You cannot relock the bootloader with LineageOS and that causes problems with some apps.
