Just to clarify this: proof of concept in this case means proof that a cyber security issue can actually be exploited to hurt the target software/hardware.

I know you are satirical, but you are also kinda correct. Non-POCs would typically be “whites” (at least in Europe) who are still privileged, going back (at least) since colonialism.
