My coffee maker isn’t listed, this is bullshit.
I first played it on my fridge
Adobe Acrobat is also missing.
Also pdf.
I was just about to say I don’t see my 2003 iriver mp3 player…
What do you mean? Linux is right there.
I don’t see Receipt Printer in there.

Came here for this. Doom on a pregnancy test is by far the most impressive!
Well mostly the others used whatever chip is on the device, that one only used the display sadly
It actually used nothing except the case. Source: PCmag
B-b-but what does that mean someone is pregnant with!?!? 👹😈
No: https://x.com/i/status/1258808333265514497 No cpu at all.
seems like conway’s game of life to me
Doom in Doom, lol. And there’s also Minecraft in Minecraft. And Doom runs in Minecraft. Is there a Doom in Doom that runs in Minecraft in Minecraft?
Be the change that you want to see in the world… :-P
DOOM (1993) is entirely playable in DOOM (2016).
the performance exponentially decreases with the depth of nesting
Also, the Minecraft in Minecraft i’ve seen was a mini-version running on a redstone computer.
My favorite port of Doom was the wacky PSDoom where it spawned enemies that were your processes and you could renice or kill the processes by hurting or killing them.
Forgot to list 7 million crabs
16 billion crabs, for an frame rate measured in hours or days lol.
Turning a shooter into a strategy game
Sorry, all I’ve got is a Neo Geo (https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2026/06/why-a-neo-geo-port-of-doom-is-functionally-impossible/)
Modern Vintage Gamer just made a really interesting video about this
I literally watched that right before opening Lemmy.
Baader-Meinhof hitting hard today.
MVG’s video and ray-casting Neo Geo demo is part of that article. Lol
Wait, it runs on Nextcloud? I need to look into that…
the reason i made the meme was bc i was scrolling through nextcloud apps to add and i found that fucking doom exists
PS Vita erasure
Wikipedia says it also ran/ runs on Atari Jaguar, Risc PC and whatever a “Tapwave Zodiac” is.
Tapwave Zodiac was a gaming focused PDA. Kind of the Steam Deck of its time, except almost no one bought it. I watched most of the old Doctor Who on one.
Fun fact, Stargate Atlantis used them as sci-fi scanner props.
Also DNS https://github.com/resumex/doom-over-dns . But not Neo-Geo.
It also runs on AmigaOS
They forgot Rockbox. I still have an old Sansa Clip with Rockbox on it that plays Doom with no problems.
Yeah, I have also played it on there. Just to give others an idea, we’re talking an MP3 player from 2007, that looks like this:
Here’s an article showing the successor model running Doom: https://hackaday.com/2016/12/30/sansa-mp3-player-runs-doom-unplayably/
I played Doom on my 30GB Ipod with Rockbox on it. It was stupid hard to control with the wheel, but it did in fact run.
Where is DOOM in DNS TXT records? ?
The pregnancy test is wild
That happened for the record (sort of) https://www.popularmechanics.com/science/a33957256/this-programmer-figured-out-how-to-play-doom-on-a-pregnancy-test/
It’s not really though. They just used the screen from the pregnancy test and replaced all of the other hardware.
The e. coli was also just a display, we’re counting it
