If a country doesnt have enough ressources to provide this you will get large clusters of people living in a parallel society, not able to speak the language of the hosting country, no chance to have a good job, lots of hate on both sides and the rise of racism and fascism.

I have actually seen a few lemmy comments implying that anybody should be able to walk into countries like the US or Spain and become citizens.
