Yeah it seems like the only thing they really learned was how to grift and exploit systems, not an ounce of appreciation for the creation, synthesis, or archival of knowledge. Like the degree equivalent of a speed reading scam, all surface no understanding or retention. There’s no time for spaced repetition which I think is critical for long term retention.

There is good information in the article showing how executives lied and are currently lying for profits centralizing wealth under oligarchs, but there is another voice that can be quoted instead of the article writer directly opposing quotes. In that way it reads more like an editorial than journalism.
I like how basically every culture has dumplings & they’re all delicious. if there are grain and egg to make pasta cooking stuff in a little pasta pocket is obviously the next step.
