Like the same legal system that found this man guilty of recording his wife having sex without her consent?

This story isn’t about a rapist though. You presented a false equivalence and I’m not going to continue to play this game with you.

Men are capable of controlling themselves. Presenting this dichotomy that men have only two options - murder their wife or take her to court - is appalling.

Your fantasies about murdering women are going to catch up to you.
Hopefully before you actually harm someone.

Are you a teenager or something?

I don’t think recording someone having sex without consent is justified regardless of how that individual has emotionally harmed you.
I thought this was a settled view - that abuse isn’t justified. You can’t hit someone because they hurt your feelings, you can’t rape someone because they refused a date, you can’t record someone without consent because they cheated on you. Those are separate actions.
If he had controlled himself and only recorded them kissing or otherwise showing the cheating without the sex, he wouldn’t have been punished by the courts at all. Only she would have been punished.

I’m saying the alternative to men snapping and killing their partner is giving them a legal system where they can present evidence and get justice.
Way to adjust your comment to present a different assertion. You presented a dichotomy: either men get to murder their wives or they can record them cheating to get justice.

I’m not one to shut up when I’m told to quiet down.

He could’ve recorded plenty after the sex happened and still have proof without violating sexual consent.

The rapist in the scenario should be serving their time in jail.

Men are capable of controlling their actions.
Murdering your wife because she cheated isn’t the only other option to recording someone having sex without consent.

I’m asking you how far do you think he should be allowed to break the law in order to deliver punishment to his wife for cheating?
You really think murder is justified in the case of cheating?

Now I’m pushing back on your assertion that abuse is justified when there’s cheating. You leave the relationship, you don’t get permission to abuse your spouse.

That’s a false equivalence.

I’m not justifying cheating.

She was the victim in the case of her husband recording her without her consent. And he’s the victim in the case of their marriage breaking because of infidelity.
One wrong doesn’t justify another wrong.
Let me ask you - how far do you think he should be allowed to break the law in order to deliver punishment to his wife by his own hand?

This husband wasn’t allowed to record his wife having sex without her consent.
Where’s the line for y’all here? Is he allowed to rape her? Beat her? Torture her? What other crimes is he allowed to commit against her in your opinion?

Revenge porn and recording someone having sex without consent
Explain to me why you’re clipping my comment out of context to try to make a point.

You’re incredibly presumptuous.
I did answer your question.
The wife was in the wrong for cheating. The husband is in the wrong for recording her having sex without consent.
