It’s the same reason people make fan art or fan fiction. it’s a way to develop technical skill without starting from scratch with creative skills you may have no interest in.

I have an 07 account (that’s old enough to drink here), if this shit affects me in any way when it gets to my country they will join reddit on the scrap heap of dead to me sites just as fast.
I hope there’s an easy way to mass edit your comments to “join peertube” if it comes to that.
in the meantime I’m making a point of getting all my subscriptions moved to freetube and checking out Grayjay.
