I was abused by my christian parents.

I would like to live long enough to see humanity mature out of superstition and free the world from human greed.

  • I have lived in the bible belt all my life, still trying to escape. People are proud of their beliefs even though they aren’t true. “Everyone is entitled to their beliefs” is the common sentiment, but it’s wrong. Everyone is morally obligated to align their beliefs with reality as closely as they can.

That’s where science comes in. It is not an authority, not a religion, not a system. It is a process we use to acquire and refine knowledge. Given the physical limitations of our senses and minds, it is the best we can do.

People need to learn before we all die of stupid.

  • Quote more than one word:

To day as americans we blindly trust everything we’re exposed too, not because we’re dumb but were inadvertantly trained to.

The rich are conditioning us to accept our abuse. Some of it is inadvertent, though it can be impossible to tell.

Personally, my parents hit me if I did not obey and accept whatever they said. I was physically conditioned to be a delusional narcissist like them. I still did not vote for Trump, but they did. I am trying to apply more critical thinking in my life. It is difficult when my foundation is broken and I had so many bad habits for so many years.

Did my parents intend to abuse their children, or was it inadvertent?
