Personally, them saying they will comply is enough for me. I moved from Linux Mint to Devuan due to this. Systemd is getting the Identity Verification stuff baked in and most Linux distros are complying, but Devuan EXPLCITLY refused to and they use SysVinit instead of systemd.

Nice. Although, many of these Linux OSes are complying with Identity Verification laws. So… that automatically docks points from them for me.

This is why I use Waterfox paired with DuckDuckGo tbh. Brave is a scummy company.

Valid. I just personally like Debian-based operating systems. Slackware Linux and Alpine Linux are not Debian-based. Devuan is. That is really why I chose them… they are the only Debian-based Linux OS without systemd that explicitly refused compliance.
