The only one here I can understand happening is bowel perforation. That can happen, so much so, that they generally waiver you for such things. But we don’t know how bad it was and considering his shit surgical history, the patient dying from infection, Fuck this guy.

To be fair, at least that’s interesting in a bullshit mythology fiction way.
With videos like that though: I am more annoyed with the constant AI read scripts. If somebody can’t be bothered to read a script, I can’t be bothered to watch.
As somebody who’s been to South Africa, this is really funny to me. Especially considering my heritage is all-purpose dough and nobody bothered to genocide me while I was there.
