      When im pissed half the anger is having from not eating anything. When calm/happy being hungry is not a problem but its propelling negative emotions. I mean whatever caused it is still shit but sitting down and eating before coming up with any solution is a nessessity. Else its just gonna spiral into a worse mood

      Thats basically also why before any kind of negotiations booth parties need to be well fed (happienes leads to results)
