If were a meta employee there’s 2 ways this could go
I get fired for poisoning the ai by doing shit work and becoming the worst of the worst
Or
I train the ai by being a good worker and they fire me later on anyway
Really there’s only 1 way this could goMinus the “Feed the Data to AI”, this is as it always has been. Never use company computers for personal work and if you have to use a company guest network, use a VPN, etc…
The only part that’s new here is the AI and I guarantee any company these people move to will do the same thing.
Sounds like an attempt to get AI to do their jobs so they can be laid off and Meta can sell such services to other companies.
