He owns majority of the voting rights right now, and they are using dual class shares. Will he still retain >50% voting rights after IPO or is he going to give that up?
Notice it’s SpaceX, not Musk.
Sure, he might tank some extremely valuable assets, but he’s not spending HIS money directly here.
