It stopped for a year but then they presumably haf another child.
Neighbors couldn’t give less of a shit. That child-scream powered drillhammer doesn’t pay for itself.
My neighbour’s child has no trouble crying at 3 am and waking up everyone in the 2 buildings that sleeps with an open window, so…
