      There is zero chance that manufactured wombs would be as plentiful and cheap as the wombs of billions of women that already exist on the forseeable future.

        True, just like the fact that the plentiful and cheap humans are a finite source of wombs, while once you grow a bunch of babies with the robot womb you get enough eggs and semen to make more babies so that source is a bigger infinite.
