To me, Tailscale is not selfhosted at all. That’s why headscale exists.
I specifically asked about the criteria from this community’s own sidebar because that’s what I’m interested, what is self hosting “in the spirit of this community?”
Maybe I’m wrong, but it seems like your reply ignores my actual question for discussion.
I personally wouldn’t use it because of the firebase signalling. I don’t want to share meta data like that, which is associated with every message transmission unless I’m misunderstanding your architecture.
Can you include a link to the self hosting option?
I do both.
I push from all my machines to my local backup server and in the middle of the night my remote backup server (in another location) pulls a copy from the local backup server. I don’t think push vs pull really matters though.
You are up in here trying to sell your amateur version of openclaw, which already has tons of open source and free alternatives. Why would anyone want buy your APK.
